EXPLORE THE NEUROVERSE

A podcast making sense of neurodiversity through lived experience

Step into the Neuroverse

Explore the Neuroverse creates space for open, honest conversations that go beyond labels and into real life.

Neurodiversity shapes how we think, feel and move through the world, yet too many people still feel unseen, misunderstood or alone.

Each episode explores the realities behind the labels, from parenting and education to identity, relationships, work and everyday life.

Through lived experiences, expert insight and relatable guidance, we open conversations that make complexity clearer and connection stronger.

Real voices, real stories, real understanding.

Listen. Learn. Connect.

Because understanding changes everything. When people feel truly seen and heard:

  • Confidence grows

  • Conversations deepen

  • Communities strengthen

This is more than a podcast.

It’s a space for connection, belonging and shared understanding.

Let's start exploring...

Meet Jennifer Bishopp

Host. Advocate. Storyteller.

Jennifer Bishopp is the founder and host of Explore the Neuroverse, a platform created to make neurodiversity feel more understood, more human and less isolating.

As an entrepreneur, mother and part of a neurodiverse family, Jennifer brings a rare combination of lived experience, insight and honest curiosity to every conversation.

Her journey into this space began not through theory, but through real life: navigating diagnoses, challenging education systems, parenting complex brilliant minds and confronting the emotional realities that come with understanding neurodiversity from the inside out.

What Jennifer recognised was simple: there is often a gap between clinical knowledge and lived reality. That gap can leave families feeling overwhelmed, unseen and alone.

Explore the Neuroverse was created to close that gap.

Through candid podcast conversations, collaborations and community initiatives, Jennifer creates space for people to hear stories that reflect their own experiences and discover they are not navigating this alone.

She is not here to speak as a distant expert.

She is here as someone living it, learning through it and creating a platform where honesty leads the way.

A Collective Perspective

Explore the Neuroverse is part of a wider mission through 3 Busy Brains: a collaboration bringing together three women, three complementary strengths and one shared purpose: ensuring neurodiverse families feel supported, connected and less alone.

Created by Jennifer Bishopp, Yvonne Barker-Layton and Sarah Youssef; 3 Busy Brains brings together lived experience, advocacy and community under one collective voice. Each founder plays a distinct role:

Unicus Collective

Providing advocacy and practical support for parents navigating schools, clinics, assessments and systems that can often feel overwhelming and difficult to access.

Neuroaffirm Hub

Creating community spaces where families can connect through shared stories, access resources and use practical toolkits designed to make everyday neurodiverse life easier to navigate.

Explore the Neuroverse Podcast

Amplifying lived experience through open, honest conversations that give neurodiverse families a voice, create understanding and bridge the gap between information and real life.

Together, 3 Busy Brains is building more than awareness.

It is creating:

  • Support when families need guidance

  • Tools when the path feels unclear

  • Community when isolation sets in

  • Voice when people feel unheard

Through events, conversations, resources and collaborative initiatives, 3 Busy Brains is creating a connected ecosystem where neurodiverse families can find understanding, belonging and practical help; all in one place.

Because no one should have to navigate neurodiversity alone. You are not alone.

Whether you are:

  • A parent seeking support

  • Exploring your own neurodivergent journey

  • An organisation wanting deeper understanding

  • A potential collaborator aligned with this mission

We’d love to hear from you.

This is a growing conversation and there is space for your voice in it.
